Phabian Rashaud is a creative and entertainment executive with over 8 years of experience in film, television, and visual production. They have held significant roles, including Casting Associate Producer for "The Cube" on TBS, Supervising Producer for music videos at Roc Nation and Atlantic Records, and various producer positions at networks like Netflix and VH1. Phabian has proven adept at managing diverse projects, such as music videos, docu-series, and experiential events at ComplexCon. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Prairie View A&M University. Currently, Phabian is producing for Complex Network and ComplexCon 2024.
