Shamara Rochester

Shamara Rochester is an accomplished production professional with extensive experience in the television industry. Currently serving as Director of Production and Supervising Producer at Complex NTWRK since August 2021, Shamara facilitates production processes and maximizes efficiency through effective interdepartmental communication and resource management. Prior roles include Production Manager at Viacom and BuzzFeed, where day-to-day operations for various branded-content projects were overseen. Shamara has a strong background in managing production logistics, as demonstrated during the production of reality shows and studio specials for major networks, including VH1 and Bravo.
