Mina Kouklan

Mina Kouklan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at ComplexCare Solutions since June 2025. Previously, Mina worked at Sequoia Care as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from October 2022 to June 2025 and held the position of Director of Recruiting at Infinity Care Partners for a brief period in 2022. Mina's extensive background also includes roles as Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at American Senior Communities from December 2019 to March 2022 and a long tenure as Director of Talent Acquisition at Signature HealthCARE, LLC from July 2008 to December 2019. Mina began the career as a Clinical Sourcing Associate at Hyrian/UnitedHealth Group from April 2005 to May 2008. Mina holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, both from Murray State University.
