Paul Ridler

Paul Ridler is currently the Director of Quality and Training at ComplexCare Solutions, having assumed this role in 2024. Paul has previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Training at Inovalon, and has extensive experience in coaching and training, including roles as a Wellness Coordinator for the City of Kingsport and a Personal Trainer at Fitness Together Nashville. They also coached youth soccer at the Tennessee Soccer Club and contributed to training initiatives at Sharecare and Healthways. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Brunel University and a Higher National Diploma in Sport and Disability Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
