Keith Halifax

Keith Halifax possesses extensive experience in financial and operational leadership roles, particularly in the ports and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Complexica since December 2021, Keith also held multiple senior positions at Flinders Port Holdings Pty Limited from September 2022 to July 2024, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Officer. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Controller and Senior Systems and Project Accountant at Flinders Port Holdings Pty Ltd from January 2014 to June 2017, as well as a tenure at KPMG from 2005 to June 2013, where Keith advanced from Manager to Senior Manager. Keith's educational background includes a BSc in Business Management from the University of Nottingham and A-Levels from Collingwood College.
