Andrew Starling

Andrew Starling is an accomplished talent acquisition specialist currently enhancing recruitment strategies at Complexio since April 2024. As a co-founder and director of both AT Onsite Solutions and Alto Talent, Andrew focuses on innovative onsite talent solutions and bespoke recruitment services for start-ups and scale-ups, respectively. Previously, Andrew held multiple positions at Xcede from November 2018 to October 2021, culminating in the role of Principal Consultant for the Nordics, where notable achievements included being the highest-performing senior consultant in 2020 and establishing the European Gaming desk. Andrew began a career in education as an English teacher at the British Council from September 2016 to August 2018, following a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography from Coventry University and an Erasmus year in Geography at Universidad Europea.
