Farhan Mitha

Farhan Mitha is a seasoned science communicator with extensive experience in writing and research. Currently serving as the Senior Staff Writer for PBS Eons since December 2020, Mitha leads the creative direction of the natural history show focused on the history of life on Earth. Prior to this role, Mitha contributed as a Staff Writer and Script Writer for PBS Eons. Mitha has also worked as a freelance Science Writer for Labiotech.eu, covering trends in the European biotechnology sector, and held positions such as Marketing and Communications Officer at Leaf Expression Systems and Communications Executive at the BioIndustry Association. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Ecological and Evolutionary Genomics from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of East Anglia, complemented by a year at UC Santa Barbara.
