Daniel Gale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniel has recently joined Compliance & Risks as the Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked at OpenText as a Lead Customer Success Manager, where they played a pivotal role in executing the Customer Success framework and ensuring customer satisfaction. Before that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Carbonite. Daniel also worked at Dell EMC as a Sales Account Manager and Information Technology Analyst. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Information Technology Analyst at Atos and held various roles at Nestle Nespresso SA, Euroclear, and Levi Strauss & Co., primarily in customer service and sales.
Daniel Gale attended St Johns - International School, where they obtained their International Baccalaureate (IB) degree in 2004. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in Information Security Management (ISMv3) from Dell EMC.
