Eric Baim

Eric Baim is a senior compliance executive and partner at Dovetail Consulting Group, LLC, where they leverage extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance within healthcare organizations. Previously, Baim held various roles, including Vice President of Compliance at Shire and Executive Director positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. They have a strong background in legal practice, having served as a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells and as an Associate at both Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Baim holds a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy Studies from Duke's Sanford School, and an MA in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, they also serve as an Advisory Board Member at Compliance Week.
