Complicated Co. is an ecosystem built around one idea: real life is complicated, and we might as well be honest about it.
Founded by Jodie Horgan — business owner, accredited coach, and woman with too many tabs open — Complicated Co. brings together three connected pillars to support the people navigating the messy, demanding, and overstimulated realities of modern life and work.

Coaching — The Complicated Coach is a straight-talking, coaching-led consultancy for individuals and businesses navigating change. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience across financial services and business consultancy, Jodie works with leaders and founders to make the complicated simple, step by step.

Conversations — Complicated Conversations is our podcast and reflective audio series, documenting the honest reality of building a business and living a full life. No corporate fluff. Just real dialogue.

Clothing — Complicated Co. is also a premium organic cotton clothing brand, designed around the mental and emotional states of modern life rather than trends or seasons. From the Mental Load Edit to the Digital Detox Edit, our pieces say what you're feeling when you'd rather not explain it.

This is not a brand built on aspiration or performance. It is built on honesty, resilience, and the belief that saying the quiet parts out loud is a strength, not a weakness.

Based in Warwickshire, UK. Working with clients and customers worldwide.
