Leah Cross

Leah Cross, MA, PMP®, currently serves as a Project Manager at Comply365. With a diverse background in project management, training, and community outreach, Leah has demonstrated a strong capacity for leadership across various roles. Experience includes serving as the Regional Training Director at Compass Connections, where Leah developed a proactive issue and risk escalation framework and standardized new employee orientation for over 5,000 employees. Previous positions involved supporting residents in transitional living situations at COMPACT Family Services and managing community service initiatives at RISE Church. Leah holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Church Leadership and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Nelson University.
