Anna Rivers

Anna Rivers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a GTM Programme Manager at ComplyAdvantage since October 2025, Anna previously held the position of GTM Chief of Staff at Instabase, where responsibilities included performance optimization and cultural ambassadorship. Prior to this, Anna was a Senior Project/Programme Manager at UiPath, leading strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency within the Professional Services organization and expanding the role of EA to Chief of Staff. With a solid background in team leadership and stakeholder collaboration, Anna also brings experience from previous roles at Countrywide Plc, Brand Learning, and the Institute of Directors. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Leeds Metropolitan University.
