Catherine Fermor

Catherine Fermor is an experienced account manager currently working at ComplyAdvantage since April 2025, and previously held the same position at GWI from August 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of accounts to align solutions with client business goals. Prior to GWI, Catherine served as Team Leader overseeing a team of 12 Sales Development Representatives and held the role of Appeal Coordinator at The Lord Mayor's Appeal, raising funds for key charities. Early career experience includes a position in Human Resources Staffing at Rumwood Nurseries, where adaptability and numerical skills were developed through job rotation and finance department responsibilities. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Sciences from Loughborough University.
