Eric Lightfoot

Eric Lightfoot is an experienced executive and investor, currently serving as Vice President - Americas at ComplyAdvantage, where responsibilities include leveraging AI-driven solutions for financial crime and compliance management. Lightfoot is also a Founding Member of EliteGTM, which focuses on sustainable Go-To-Market strategies, and serves as a Limited Partner at Audacious Ventures. Additionally, Lightfoot advises and invests in Varsity Made, an innovative eCommerce company, and holds investment roles at Anchor and Bundle Beds. Prior experience includes key leadership positions at DataRobot and BMC Software, where Lightfoot consistently achieved significant sales growth and managed extensive teams. Academically, Lightfoot holds an MSc in International Development from The London School of Economics and a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, along with various international study experiences.
