Harsit Patel

Harsit Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Harsit is currently working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at ComplyAdvantage since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Checkout.com from October 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Checkout.com, Harsit was associated with Artificial Labs as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer from November 2019 to October 2021. Harsit also worked briefly as a Senior Software Engineer at McLaren Applied Technologies from July 2019 to November 2019.

Harsit's career began at QBE Insurance, where they served as a Senior Data Scientist from September 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Antidote.me from May 2016 to September 2017. Harsit also gained experience as a Software Developer at Geneity Limited from May 2013 to May 2016.

Harsit's professional journey started with an internship at the European Space Agency from June 2007 to September 2007. Harsit then worked as a Research Associate at Imperial College London from April 2012 to September 2012.

Harsit Patel completed their education in a chronological order. Harsit began their educational journey in 2004 at the University of Leicester, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics. Harsit dedicated four years to this program and successfully graduated in 2008.

Following their undergraduate studies, Harsit then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at Imperial College London in the field of Astrophysics. This program spanned from 2008 to 2012, where they conducted research and advanced their knowledge in this specialized area of study. Upon completion, they were awarded the PhD degree.

In addition to their formal education, Harsit Patel also acquired a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University through an online platform called Coursera. Harsit successfully obtained this certification in September 2016, further enhancing their expertise in this field.
