Pedro Aires

Pedro Aires is a Junior Software Engineer at ComplyAdvantage since October 2025, having previously worked at Opensoft from January 2023 to October 2025 as a Software Engineer. In that role, Pedro delivered quality code for the Portuguese Tax & Customs Authority, primarily utilizing Java, and successfully migrated a legacy application to the Spring framework. Prior to Opensoft, an internship at UNIPARTNER IT Services involved automating business processes for the banking sector and developing an Intranet hub to enhance client organization systems. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
