Sam Lawrence

Sam Lawrence is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in data architecture and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at ComplyAdvantage since December 2018, Sam focuses on building a Corporate Knowledge Graph to enhance corporate data profiles and risk associations. Prior experience includes roles at CUBE, where responsibilities involved creating a knowledge graph for regulatory compliance, and at Matchdeck as Head of Data Analytics, where Sam developed a corporate graph database leveraging Linked Data and Machine Learning. Notably, 12 years at Thomson Reuters included various advanced positions, culminating in a Director role leading the development of the Knowledge Graph platform. Sam holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent.
