Anton Dvornik

Anton Dvornik serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ComplyCloud, leading financial transformation efforts to transition the company from a VC-backed model to a profitable, sustainable business. Previously, Dvornik held the role of VP of Finance at Lenus, where oversight of global finance operations supported significant expansion into multiple markets. At Cision, Dvornik led transformation projects during a strategic integration phase, and as a Senior Financial Controller for Unity, preparation for IPO readiness was a key focus. Early career experience included management of client services for Fortune 500 companies at TMF Group. Dvornik holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management and multiple finance-related certifications, including ACCA and CFI.
