Yuri Malishenko 🇺🇦

Yuri Malishenko has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, coaching, and facilitation. Yuri currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at ComplyCloud since 2023. Previously, Yuri was the Founder and Host of Visual Thinking Copenhagen, where they organized and hosted meetups for visual thinkers in Copenhagen and internationally.

Yuri had a role as the Chief Product Officer at DECARD AG from June 2022 to May 2023, working towards creating a sustainable financial world. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Coinify from September 2021 to May 2022, focusing on building products that customers love and implementing a culture of Product Excellence.

Yuri has also gained experience as a Trainer in Visual Thinking and Sketchnoting at Viz Thinker from July 2015 to December 2021. Yuri served as an Agile Coach at Danske Bank from August 2018 to August 2021, where they provided coaching, mentoring, and leadership support to the financing business tribe. Additionally, Yuri worked as an Agile Coach and Product Owner at SEB Pension from May 2016 to July 2018, advocating for agile practices and leading the development of a case management system.

In earlier roles, Yuri served as an Agile Governance Coach at Wargaming from September 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as an Agile Transformation Leader and Visual Facilitator at Ciklum from November 2011 to September 2015. Yuri's career began at Volia Software, where they worked as a Project Manager and Product Owner from June 2009 to October 2011.

Yuri Malishenko holds a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', which they obtained from 1999 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Yuri has obtained several certifications in the field. Yuri is a Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2019. Yuri also holds the ICAgile Certified Professional certification from ICAgile, obtained in March 2014. Furthermore, Yuri is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2019. Yuri obtained the SAFe Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2013. Lastly, Yuri is a Certified ScrumMaster, obtained from Scrum Alliance in November 2011.
