Aaron Collis

Aaron Collis has several years of work experience in the field of materials engineering and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Aaron began their career as a Weigh Blend/Coating Operator at CIMA Labs in 2003 and worked their way up to the role of Sr. Shift Lead, where they supervised a team and ensured adherence to production schedules and cGMP practices. During their time at CIMA Labs, Aaron also served as a Shift Lead and was responsible for supervising third shift departmental operations and resolving communication issues between operators to increase productivity. In 2015, they joined Cypress Semiconductor Corporation as a Sr. Process Engineer for a short period of time. Since 2016, Aaron has been working at Hearing Components, starting as a Research and Development Technician and later transitioning to the role of Materials Engineer. Their experience includes working on various projects and responsibilities related to materials engineering and research and development.

From 2013 to 2015, Aaron Collis attended the University of Minnesota. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science and Engineering.
