Telicia Stroman, CSM has extensive experience in QA analysis and leadership roles. Telicia has worked at Everglades Direct, Inc. since January 2008, where Telicia leads the QA team, manages test scenarios and cases, and oversees the UAT efforts for various projects. Prior to this, Telicia worked as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at CitiMortgage and Pricing & Rate Lock Supervisor at ABN Amro Mortgage Group. Telicia holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Florida Memorial University.
