Prior to this role, Carmela held the position of Supervisor in the Self-Insured Department at Harrington Benefit Services from March 1996 to November 2000, and worked as an Account Manager at The Frank Gates Service Company from 1986 to March 1996. Carmela's educational background includes a degree in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration from Friedrich-List-Schule Ulm, completed from 1979 to 1983.
