Emese Pancsa has a varied work experience in the design field. In 2015, they were a Designer at Szövetség' 39, where they had the opportunity to work with experienced Hungarian designers and create a product line for a popular music festival in Europe. In 2016, they founded TEMPO, which deals with physical and mental health by allowing users to mix their own music and beats while improving their health. In 2017, they were an Undergraduate Student for Fresh Design - Bike Ability, a project that provides an opportunity to analyze spaces from the point of view of young European students. That same year, they were also involved in TEDx MetU - Design that gives in return, where they were an MA student at the design faculty of the Metropolitan University of Budapest. In 2018, they founded COMPOCITY, where they used design as a tool to make personal and community involvement in sustainable solutions easy, educational, and fun. In 2019, they founded My cup of Design, a community for those who are searching for their passion, and also was a part of the Design Terminal Mentoring Program.

Emese Pancsa is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Liberal Art program at the Breuer Marcell Doctoral School of Architecture, studying Environmental Design/Architecture. In 2021, Emese completed a Permaculture Design Course from the Hungarian Permaculture Association, focusing on Agroecology and Sustainable Agriculture. From 2018 to 2019, Emese was a recipient of a 1 year scholarship from Campus Mundi at the Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, studying Industrial and Product Design. From 2017 to 2019, Emese obtained a Master's degree from the Budapest Metropolitan University in Product Design. In 2017, Emese completed an Android Basics course from Udacity. From 2014 to 2017, Emese obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from the Budapest Metropolitan University in Environmental Design. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, Emese obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Budapest Metropolitan University in Economics.
