Felix Lam

Felix Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and investment, currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since April 2014, Felix has been an investor in several innovative companies, including Compology, which is transforming the waste management industry, and Snaptee, which empowers T-shirt design through technology. As a Founding Partner at 43 Ventures, Felix promotes social and technology entrepreneurship, while also acting as the Founding Principal at Red Chapel Advisors, focusing on early-stage business experiments. Additionally, Felix contributes as a Business Consultant at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, mentoring incubatees. Felix holds a Master of Engineering Science in Telecommunications from UNSW and has participated in various educational programs related to Lean Methodology.
