Victor Grin

Victor Grin has a substantial work experience in various roles and industries. Victor started their career at Philips Automotive Electronics as a Product Manager in 1990. Later, they worked at Reflexite Corporation as a Marketing Manager for the Americas from 1999 to 2007. Victor then joined Reflexite - Energy Solutions Business as a Global Program Manager from 2007 to 2014. Following that, they held roles at CSS (Connecticut Spring & Stamping), where they served as a Strategic Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015, and then as a Director of New Business from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Victor is the Sales Director at Component Engineers Inc., focusing on sales, marketing, and new business development. Victor works towards enhancing the outsourcing experience for customers by collaborating with CEI for precision custom components.

Victor Grin has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Victor also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Victor has completed a Program in Operations Management at Stanford University.
