Kim Lu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2001, they worked as a Process Engineer at AMD. From 2004 to 2011, they served as a Test Manager and Project Manager at ZCCN. During this time, they worked on major projects with clients such as Motorola and Capital. In 2011, Kim Lu joined VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) as a Project Manager, leading various projects such as ASML YS and Ambaflex. They were responsible for managing all aspects of new projects, including quality, lead time, technical aspects, and cost control. Additionally, Kim Lu led cross-functional teams and implemented Lean methods to reduce project costs and cycle time. Since 2017, Kim Lu has been working as an Asia Operation Project Manager at Component Hardware Group, where they coordinate international trade business and handle technical communication between factories and the USA Engineering team.
Kim Lu attended Wuhan University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, specializing in power engineering. In 2011, they obtained a PMP Certification from Gao Bo Suzhou Education. Kim Lu also participated in a management leadership, skill, teamwork, and other related training program at Shanghai Ruiming ABC management school camp from 2018 to 2019.
