Benno Ridala

Benno Ridala has extensive experience in financial management and business controlling, currently serving as the Head of Financial & Business Controlling at Componenta Oyj since 2022, with previous roles including Group Controller. Prior to Componenta Oyj, Benno held prominent positions at PwC Finland as a Senior Manager, overseeing audit portfolios and serving as an Authorised Public Accountant. Benno's experiences also include a Director role at CBRE Finland, managing a substantial Client Accounting team, and a Financial Consultant role at Online Accounting J&K Oy, where responsibilities extended to developing electronic financial management systems. Benno began a career in finance following military service as a Second Lieutenant in the Finnish Navy, and possesses a Master's degree in Economics from Turku School of Economics.
