Pasi Mäkinen

Pasi Mäkinen is the COO at Componenta. Pasi has also worked as a Production Manager at Metso from January 1999 to May 2008, and as a Vice President, Foundry Operations at Valmet Technologies Inc. from October 2013 to October 2015. Prior to that, they were the President at Metso Foundries Jyväskylä Inc. from May 2008 to October 2013, and a Development Engineer at Valmet Inc. from January 1996 to January 1999.

Pasi Mäkinen has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, a degree in International Trade and Marketing from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, and a degree in Foundry technik education from Helsinki University of Technology.

Pasi Mäkinen reports to Marko Penttinen, President & CEO. They are on a team with Marko Karppinen - CFO , Arto Pitkämö - Director, Machining Services, and Hanna Seppänen - General Counsel.
