Helder De Figueiredo

Helder De Figueiredo has been working in the IT field since 2006. Helder began their career at the British Red Cross as a Technical Operations Analyst and then moved up to Senior Technical Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for managing and deploying Infrastructure to an externally hosted service provider, VMware vSphere vCentre Administration, Multi-Vendor SAN support and capacity planning, Network Perimeter Administration with SonicWALL Firewalls and Cisco Meraki MX Series, AD Connect and ADFS for SAML authentication, Onelogin, RSA, Microsoft Windows Servers 2008R2/2012/2016 and AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO, and Microsoft Office 365 support and configuration. In 2018, Helder began working as a Senior System Engineer at ComponentSource.

Helder De Figueiredo attended Natal Technikon from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a degree in Electronic Engineering with a field of study in Instrumentation Technology.
