Ben B.

Ben B. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Ben started their career at Manchester United as an EVS Operator from July 2005 to July 2007, followed by working as a Promotions Producer from July 2007 to April 2009.

In 2010, Ben joined idibu, where they held multiple roles. As an Account Manager from December 2010 to September 2014, they handled over 120 individual client accounts, conducted quarterly account reviews, and identified upsell opportunities.

Ben then became a Senior Account Manager from September 2014 to June 2017, responsible for managing the top 30 client accounts, handling partner sales enquiries, and ensuring contract renewals and retention. Subsequently, from June 2017 to August 2021, Ben worked as a Customer Experience Manager at idibu, where they managed the support and integrations teams, communicated with customers, resolved software bugs, and developed customer-facing product documentation.

Their most recent position is as a Whitelabel Manager at Compono since August 2021. In this role, Ben ensures a seamless service to Compono's high revenue idibu whitelabel partners, manages a dedicated technical helpdesk, delivers consistent support, and provides cutting-edge API and web services to support the growth of the idibu whitelabel sales channel.

Ben B. completed a Higher National Diploma in Professional Audio-Visual Technology from The University of Salford in the year 2001. Ben then pursued a Bachelor of Science - BS in Professional Broadcast Techniques from the same university, which they obtained in 2003.
