Daryl Ning

Senior Customer Success Specialist at Compono

Daryl Ning has over 18 years of work experience in customer success, sales, and research. Daryl began their career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at the Queensland University of Technology. In 2004, they moved to Ceanet as a Sales Specialist and Education Account Manager. In 2006, Daryl joined MathWorks as an Applications Engineer, then a Senior Applications Engineer, and later a Sales Specialist. In 2021, Daryl began their current role as a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Compono, where they are responsible for customer onboarding, maintaining customer relationships, managing subscription renewals, providing feedback to guide development, and more.

Daryl Ning received a Doctor of Philosophy in Signal Processing (Audio Compression) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed a B.
