Gigi C.

Gigi C. has a wealth of work experience. Gigi began their career in 2010 as a Secondary Teacher (English 7-12) for the NSW Department of Education and Communities. Gigi then moved to The Charter School in 2013 as a SEN English Teacher. Later that same year, Gigi took on the role of Assistant School Admissions Officer for Islington Council. In 2014, they worked as an Associate Account Executive for Yelp, where they managed a sales pipeline of leads and developed relationships with SMBs nationwide. In 2015, Gigi became an Education Program Producer - Immersive courses for General Assembly. Gigi then moved to Prismatik in 2016, where they were a Product Owner overseeing 1-2 projects from inception, development to delivery. Lastly, also in 2016, Gigi took on the roles of Director Operations, Operations Manager, and Product Manager for Compono, where they were responsible for overseeing development of the product, prioritising and managing product backlog, and negotiating with key stakeholders.

Gigi C. graduated from Ballina High School in 2004 with a Higher School Certificate. Gigi then attended UNSW from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Education (B.A./B.Ed.) in English, Gigi'story, and Education (Secondary). In 2016, Gigi C. completed a Certified Scrum Product Owner course at Axis Agile, and a Front End Web Development part time course at General Assembly in Web Development.
