Tamara O'Sullivan

Tamara O'Sullivan has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Tamara began their career in 2003 as a Bulk Assessment Recruiter with Hudson. In 2005, they joined Gallagher Bassett as a HR Coordinator. In 2007, they moved to Thiess as an HR Process & System Manager, where they became a HR subject matter expert in the chosen SaaS provider 'Workday'. Tamara was also responsible for consolidating current state people management processes, completing demos and training, and consulting with the business to develop and implement the post production support model. In 2015, Tamara joined Your HR Solutions as a Principal HR Consultant. In 2018, they joined Compono as the Chief People Officer and Head of People & Organisational Development.

Tamara O'Sullivan obtained a Double Degree in Business Management & Arts from The University of Queensland. Her field of study included HR & IR, Psychology & French.
