Ana Osuna has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Front Maritim Barcelona in 2015, where they gained knowledge of hotel operations. Ana then worked as a Guest Relations Officer for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from July 2017 to February 2019, achieving recognition as the fleet's highest seller. From May 2019 to August 2020, they were a Meetings Coordinator at the Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara, where they demonstrated efficiency and initiative. As a Business Development Representative at CloudTask from September 2020 to November 2021, Ana helped SaaS companies generate new business through consultative and social selling. Currently, they hold the role of Content Partnership Specialist at Compose.ly, a content marketplace that focuses on creating results-driven content.
Ana Osuna completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Universidad del Valle de México from 2012 to 2016. Ana also obtained additional certifications in Hotel Operations from Glion Institute of Higher Education in February 2015, and in Content Marketing, HubSpot Sales Software, and SEO from HubSpot Academy in November 2021.
