Abbey Gold

Abbey Gold is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at CompoSecure since November 2022, focusing on the design of effective learning programs aligned with business objectives. In addition to this role, Abbey has been engaged with Gold Designs since June 2022, where skills in eLearning development were utilized to create an interactive course on ladder safety that led to a 15% reduction in injuries. Prior to these positions, Abbey spent 16 years at Monroe Township High School, where curriculum design and instructor-led training efforts resulted in a 98% completion rate across 150 learner groups. Abbey is pursuing further education in Instructional Design and Online Learning at IDOL Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Georgian Court University.
