Adrion Ramos

Adrion Ramos is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Quality Manager at CompoSecure since October 2023. Previously, Adrion held the position of Quality Engineering Manager at IQE from May 2021 to October 2023 and was the Director of Quality at Nanotronics from February 2020 to March 2021. Additional roles include Site Quality Leader at Humanscale and Quality Engineering Manager at IQE, where a strategic quality framework was developed and implemented. Early career experience includes positions as Quality Manager at Emcore and Quality Assurance Section Manager at ON Semiconductor, as well as roles at Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector and Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. Adrion holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.
