Sarah currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CompoSecure and has held various leadership roles in human resources across multiple organizations. Prior to CompoSecure, Sarah was the Director of People & Culture at Bed Bath & Beyond, where support was provided for Technology, Digital, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing functions, focusing on organizational design and culture transformation. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Steve Madden, Director of Human Resources at DeVry Medical International, Director of Human Resources at Tumi, and HR Manager at Liz Claiborne. Sarah holds an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Labor Studies from Rutgers University.
