Matthew Abata is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in the customer support sector, primarily in the Middle East and African markets. Matthew has been with Composiflex since September 2015 as a Customer Service Representative, demonstrating proficiency in SAP and managing various customer account tasks including order entry and technical applications support. Prior roles at FMC Technologies included Customer Support Specialist and Customer Service Intern, where Matthew developed strong customer relations and cross-functional collaboration skills. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. Additional experiences include working in food services and community service initiatives.
