Paul Baxter

Paul Baxter is a solutions-focused and versatile management professional with a comprehensive background in operations. They held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as the General Manager at Re:Build Composite Resources since 2022, and previously worked as the Operational Excellence Executive at Re:Build Manufacturing in 2021. Baxter also contributed as a Research Fellow at Bell Flight in 2015, and held various positions at Erickson Incorporated, including Director of Field Operations and Director of Engineering. Their military experience as an Engineer Officer in the US Army from 2009 to 2014 involved planning and executing operations during combat deployments to Afghanistan. Paul earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT Sloan School of Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively.
