Richard Glazewski

Richard Glazewski is an engineering and operations leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. With extensive experience in various manufacturing settings, Richard has held positions such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Plastic Process Engineering Supervisor, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they demonstrated a strong skill set in lean practices, project management, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Resin Transfer Molding Value Stream Manager at Re:Build Composite Resources, Richard is responsible for establishing new manufacturing capabilities while optimizing processes and ensuring safety within the workplace. They are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies and enhance product quality.
