Matthieu Charmetant

Matthieu Charmetant is currently the Plant General Manager at Compositec, where they are leading the transformation of the plant after its carve-out from Forvia Automotive. With over 14 years of experience in production, productivity, lean, and continuous improvement, Matthieu has managed diverse teams and navigated significant challenges throughout their career. Previously, they served as the Plant Production Manager at Fruehauf, managing a team of 450 staff during a particularly demanding period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic. Matthieu also has experience in various roles at Automotive Lighting and Gestamp, where they consistently improved quality and productivity. They are currently pursuing an Executive MBA at EDHEC while bringing a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to their current position.
