Maol Hannah Fields

Hannah Fields, MAOL, has a diverse work experience across various industries. Hannah started their career as a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods in 2015 and worked there until 2018. In 2017, they also worked as a Server at Congdon's Doughnuts for a brief period. From 2018 to 2019, Hannah served as a Marketing Assistant at Colby-Sawyer College. Hannah then joined WEX as a Global Learning and Talent Management and Sales & Service Training Co-Op from 2018 to 2021. In 2019, there was another brief stint at Congdon's Doughnuts, this time as a Bartender. Moving on, Hannah worked at North Central College as a Graduate Assistant Women's Soccer Coach from 2020 to 2022. Hannah then transitioned to a Volunteer Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at the same institution from 2022 to 2023. Most recently, Hannah held the position of Learning And Development Specialist and Soccer Trainer at TOCA Football from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Learning And Development Specialist at Composites One since 2023.

Hannah Fields, MAOL, completed their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership at North Central College from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colby-Sawyer College, where they studied from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Hannah has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn. In 2020, they completed the following courses: Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Creating a Culture of Learning, HR as a Business Partner, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership Strategies for Women, Managing Your Professional Network, and Organizational Culture. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry, Organizational Learning and Development, and Talent Management.
