Teddy Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Research Assistant at Bagley College of Engineering, where they conducted research on satellite orbital maneuvers and performed statistical analysis. During this time, they also served as a Technical Outreach Coordinator, organizing engineering education programs and directing a robotics competition program for rural Mississippi schools.
In 2015, Teddy worked as an International Development Intern at The Reclaimed Project, where they taught English and math lessons at orphan centers and assisted in developing job creation and economic growth projects in South Africa, Lesotho, and Zimbabwe. Teddy also served as the Chief Technology Officer for Shot Swap LLC, a student start-up web service for video professionals, from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they were awarded second place in Mississippi State University's Entrepreneurship Week competition.
From 2017 to 2018, Teddy worked as an Industrial and Systems Engineer at St. Dominic Hospital, leading process improvement projects and providing data analysis and visualization for hospital executives. In 2019, they transitioned to Janicki Industries, where they initially served as a Project Engineer II before becoming a Technical Sales Engineer from 2021 to 2022.
Currently, Teddy is employed by Composites One as a Technical Sales Representative. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of customer contact and relationships, serving as a technical consultant and problem solver. Teddy is also tasked with meeting or exceeding the Gross Profit Margin budget and maximizing profitability in the assigned territory.
Teddy Wallace attended Mississippi State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
