Grant Johnstone

Grant Johnstone is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in compliance and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Composition Wealth since July 2021, Grant provides continuity of service to clients previously served by Johnstone Financial Advisors. Prior to this role, Grant held positions as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Counsel at DPL Financial Partners, where responsibilities included establishing compliance programs and integrating affiliate broker-dealers. As the Founder and Chief Compliance Officer at Johnstone Brokerage Services, Grant implemented broker-dealer compliance policies and procedures. Grant's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal at Johnstone Financial Advisors, where foundational regulatory compliance policies were established, and interactions with regulatory bodies took place. Grant started a career in finance at Solomon Smith Barney as a First Vice President and Certified Financial Planner.
