Russell Hoss is the Director of Equity Research at Miracle Mile Advisors, a position held since 2023. Previously, Russell was a Portfolio Manager and Partner at Champlain Investment Partners from 2018 to 2022, as well as the Founder and Portfolio Manager at New Sheridan Advisors from 2009 to 2015. Russell began their career as a Cost Analyst in the United States Air Force from 1997 to 2002 and advanced to become a Partner in Research at ROTH Capital Partners from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Russell worked as an Analyst at Alder Capital LLP in 2007-2008. Russell earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University between 2000 and 2002 and a BS in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy from 1993 to 1997.
