Compostable AI builds agentic AI infrastructure that enables organisations to automate complex business operations using autonomous AI systems.

Traditional enterprise software is designed to last for decades, but in a world where AI capabilities evolve rapidly, rigid systems quickly become obsolete. Compostable AI takes a different approach: software should be designed to evolve, adapt, and be replaced as better intelligence becomes available.

Our platform provides a sovereign intelligence layer that runs inside a company’s own cloud environment, allowing organisations to deploy AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute real business workflows while maintaining full ownership of their data and operational logic.

By combining large language models, structured workflows, and autonomous agents, businesses can automate multi-step operational processes such as document handling, financial reconciliation, reporting, and internal decision support.

The architecture breaks business operations into modular components:

- Atoms – core business data objects such as invoices, contracts, and records
- Activities – individual tasks performed on that data
- Workflows – sequences of activities representing real operational processes
- Agents – AI systems that reason about tasks and execute workflows
- Orchestration – infrastructure that coordinates agents and workflows reliably.

This approach allows organisations to continuously improve their systems by upgrading models, agents, and workflows without rebuilding entire applications.

Compostable AI represents a shift from static enterprise software to living operational systems that evolve alongside the organisations they serve.
