C. Braxton Allen

C. Braxton Allen has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2018, they worked for five different companies in various roles. In 2014, they worked for OXFAM Italia as a Charity Event Planner, where they focused on bringing awareness to climate change, land grabbing, and the global lack of food by organizing outreach events, canvassing, and utilizing social media outlets. In 2015, they worked for City Roots Farm as a Farmhand and Produce Delivery Driver, where they worked on a variety of projects on the farm, including field work and produce packaging. That same year, they also worked for AmeriCorps VISTA as a Food Co-Op Coordinator/Community Liaison at Truly Living Well Center for Urban Agriculture. In 2016, they worked for Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture as an Urban Farmer, where they acted as a liaison between farm staff and management, delegating daily tasks and carrying out farmhand responsibilities. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have worked for CompostNow as an Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Operations Manager for Atlanta, and Route Wrangler and Soil Slinger Team Lead and Route Wrangler and Soil Slinger, where they are responsible for maintaining and ensuring operational excellence in various markets.

C. Braxton Allen attended the University of South Carolina from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies. In 2014, they also attended Florence University of the Arts. Additionally, they hold a Journeyman Farmer Certificate from the University of Georgia Extension.
