Noah Marsh has over a decade of work experience. In 2007, they began working at Chili's Grill & Bar as a Bartender, and was later promoted to Area Training Manager and then Assistant Manager. In 2013, Noah founded Food FWD with their wife as co-owners. Their mission was to make diverting food from landfills to composting facilities the easiest and economical choice for the Triangle food industry. In 2018, they became the Vice President of Operations at CompostNow, where they created a culture that delivers the highest quality Member experience to every Member, every time, in every market.
Noah Marsh earned their Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from Iliff School of Theology in 2010, after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Colorado Christian University in 2007.
