Cole Spencer is the founder of Ozark Technology Consulting and a full stack web developer with a passion for problem-solving and unlocking team potential. They served as a Technical Solutions Intern at OneStone in 2018, supporting a team focused on enhancing eCommerce competitiveness, and worked as Waiver Direct Care Staff at Bost, Inc. the same year, assisting clients in achieving their lifestyle goals. Currently, Cole works as an App Developer II at Harvest Group, developing innovative retail technology, and is a Staff Software Engineer at Compound Foundry since 2025. They are pursuing their education at King's College London, expected to graduate in 2027.
