Steve Fallat

Steve Fallat is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Compound since September 2024. Previously, Fallat held multiple roles at Fetch from December 2019 to August 2024, including Vice President of Software Engineering and Director of Technology. At Shopbop | East Dane, from November 2010 to December 2019, Fallat advanced from Software Development Manager II to III, managing significant projects and leading teams in architectural strategies and technology migrations. Fallat has also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation and as a Sr. Software Test Engineer at ARRIS, along with experience as a Business Analyst at CUNA Mutual Group. Fallat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 1998.
